TYTAX MX Dual-Arm Model | 1000+ Exercises, 2 Training Stations

$4,999.00

The TYTAX MX is a compact dual-arm training system designed for full-body strength and conditioning with 1000+ exercise options across 2 training stations. It is built for users who want a space-saving TYTAX machine with 2 independent training arms, plate-loaded training, cable pulley work, leg press possibilities, and enough capacity for more than one person.

The MX is ideal if you want a compact TYTAX setup with up to 2 people training at the same time, depending on the workout setup. It gives you a different training feel than the TX-line machines because its core design is centered around independent dual-arm training instead of a Smith Machine.

Who is the MX best for?

The MX is best for home gym owners, training partners, personal trainers, smaller studios, and users who want independent arm training in a compact TYTAX setup. It is a strong choice for users who want 2 independent training arms, an adjustable TYTAX bench on bearing wheels, leg press training, upper and lower cable pulley exercises, lever-based training options, preacher curl training, pull-up bar training, assisted pull-ups, and a compact footprint.

Compared with the T1-X and T3-X, the MX is better when you want a more compact machine centered on independent dual-arm training instead of a larger Smith Machine platform. Compared with the S7, the MX gives you 2 training stations, up to 2 people training at the same time, more exercise options, and a dual-arm training concept. Compared with the H9, the MX offers a different training style with independent arms, broader standard-version exercise variety, and more built-in specialized exercise possibilities.

7 optional add-ons available — expand the standard MX setup with selected accessories and additional training possibilities.

Heavy-duty TYTAX build — machine weight approx. 737 lb without additional equipment.

TYTAX Training App — exercise library, favorites, and workout planning.

The MX is designed as a compact dual-arm TYTAX model, so it does not include every function available on the larger TX machines. It does not include a TYTAX Smith Machine. It also does not include true Butterfly Arms for classic Pec Deck / Reverse Pec Deck training. If a Smith Machine or classic Butterfly Arms training is a priority, the T1-X or T3-X is the better direction.

For cardio-style expansion, the MX supports the RM option.

Dimensions and space requirements

Machine dimensions: 11 ft 6 in long × 4 ft 11 in wide × 6 ft 10.7 in high.

Minimum room size for exercising: 13 ft 2 in long × 6 ft 7 in wide × 6 ft 10.7 in high, or about 87 sq ft.

Stored after training, with bench slid in: 8 ft 2 in long × 4 ft 11 in wide.

Most compact storage, with bench upright: 4 ft 11 in long × 4 ft 11 in wide.

The largest footprint is required during exercise because the bench and training stations need additional working space. After training, the bench can be moved closer to the machine to reduce the required length, or placed upright for the most compact storage position.

Weight plates, Olympic barbell, EZ curl bar, dumbbells, racks, and other external free-weight equipment are sold separately. The standard MX includes the TYTAX handles, grips, cable attachments, and machine attachments needed for the standard-version exercises shown in the TYTAX Training App.

GARAGE GYM SETUP

More Space Without Giving Up Your Training

In a garage, every square foot matters. TYTAX TX and M Series machines can be equipped with the optional Wheel System, making it easy to roll the machine aside after training and reclaim valuable space.

The H9 already includes built-in rear transport wheels, so no separate wheel kit is needed.

For the bench, TX Series models allow the bench to be raised into the machine frame. On M Series machines and the H9, the bench is freestanding, so it can be placed upright or moved to another open spot when not in use.

Questions before you checkout?

Here’s what people ask most—so you can choose the right setup and place your order easily.

What makes the TYTAX MX different from the TX models?

The TYTAX MX is a compact dual-arm TYTAX machine built around 2 independent training arms, while the TX models are larger plate-loaded systems centered more around the TX-line frame, Smith Machine training, and multi-station expansion.

The MX has 2 training stations, supports up to 2 people training at the same time in selected setups, and offers 1000+ exercise options. It is designed for users who want independent arm training, compact placement, upper and lower cable pulley work, leg press training, lever-based exercises, preacher curl training, pull-ups, assisted pull-ups, and a smaller footprint than the larger TX machines.

The key difference is that the MX does not include a TYTAX Smith Machine and does not include true Butterfly Arms for classic Pec Deck / Reverse Pec Deck training. If Smith Machine training or true Butterfly Arms are priorities, the T1-X or T3-X is the better direction. If independent dual-arm training, compact size, and full-body versatility are more important, the MX is the stronger fit.

How is the MX different from the T1-X?

The MX is the more compact dual-arm model, while the T1-X is the larger premium flagship TYTAX system. The MX has 2 training stations, 1000+ exercise options, and allows up to 2 people to train at the same time in selected setups. The T1-X has 4 training stations, 1600+ exercise options, and allows up to 3 people to train at the same time, depending on the workout setup.

The biggest difference is the training platform. The MX is built around 2 independent training arms, which are useful for unilateral and bilateral training, corrective work, functional strength patterns, and dual-arm movements. The T1-X is built around a larger TX-line platform with a TYTAX Smith Machine, rear cable pulley carriages, guided barbell-style movements, and broader expansion paths.

The T1-X also supports training options that the MX does not, including a true Option A — Butterfly Arms add-on for classic Pec Deck and Reverse Pec Deck exercises, plus broader cardio-style expansion with RM, PRM rowing / cardio training, and PR-X power-runner style training. The MX supports the RM option, but not the broader PRM / PR-X path.

The MX is more space-efficient. The MX needs about 13 ft 2 in × 6 ft 7 in, or about 87 sq ft of minimum workout space. The T1-X needs about 13 ft 1.4 in × 9 ft 10.1 in, or about 129 sq ft. That means the T1-X needs about 42 sq ft more workout floor area, or roughly 49% more minimum workout space than the MX. Put another way, the MX needs about 33% less floor area than the T1-X.

Choose the MX if you want a compact dual-arm TYTAX machine with 2 independent training arms, a smaller footprint, assisted pull-ups, preacher curl training, hip adduction / abduction, and broad full-body training. Choose the T1-X if you want a larger flagship system with a Smith Machine, more stations, higher loading potential, true Butterfly Arms as an add-on, and a longer TX-line expansion path.

How is the MX different from the T2-X?

The MX and T2-X are both compact TYTAX machines with 2 training stations and capacity for up to 2 people training at the same time in selected setups, but they are built around different training concepts.

The MX is centered on 2 independent training arms and offers 1000+ exercise options. It is better if you want independent arm training, unilateral and bilateral movement patterns, assisted pull-ups, hip adduction and abduction exercises, preacher curl training with lever resistance, preacher curl training with cable resistance, and a lower machine height.

The T2-X is a compact TX-line machine with 1050+ exercise options. It is better if you want the TX-style platform with a Smith Machine, plate-loaded guided barbell-style training, leg press training, and a more compact version of the larger TX-line experience.

A major difference is that the T2-X includes a Smith Machine, while the MX does not. On the other hand, the MX includes specialized exercise possibilities that the T2-X does not, including assisted pull-ups with reduced bodyweight support, hip adduction and abduction exercises, and lever-based preacher curl training.

Neither the MX nor the T2-X should be treated as the best choice for true classic Butterfly Arms training. The MX does not include true Butterfly Arms for classic Pec Deck / Reverse Pec Deck training, and the T2-X also does not include Butterfly Arms or offer them as an optional add-on. If true Butterfly Arms are important, the T1-X or T3-X is the better direction.

The MX needs about 87 sq ft of workout space, while the T2-X needs about 97 sq ft. That means the T2-X needs about 10 sq ft more floor area, or roughly 11% more minimum workout space than the MX. The MX is also lower, at about 6 ft 10.7 in high, while the T2-X is about 7 ft 4.6 in high.

Choose the MX if you want independent dual-arm training, assisted pull-ups, hip adduction / abduction, and a lower compact machine. Choose the T2-X if you want a compact TX-line setup with a Smith Machine and a stronger guided barbell-style training direction.

How is the MX different from the T3-X?

The MX is a compact dual-arm model, while the T3-X is the largest professional TYTAX multi-station model. The MX has 2 training stations, 1000+ exercise options, and allows up to 2 people to train at the same time in selected setups. The T3-X has 8 training stations, 1600+ exercise options, and allows up to 7 people to train at the same time, depending on the workout setup.

The MX is built around 2 independent training arms and compact full-body training. The T3-X is built for larger rooms, studios, sports facilities, schools, athletic departments, and professional training environments where more users need to train in parallel.

The T3-X includes a TYTAX Smith Machine and multiple dedicated training areas that are not available on the MX, including an abdominal leg-raise / knee-raise station, parallel dip bars, a lever station for lower-body and shoulder work, and a hanging leg-raise / roller station for abdominal work and hamstring training.

The MX has its own strengths. It is more compact, lower, and focused on independent arm training. It also supports assisted pull-ups, hip adduction and abduction exercises, preacher curl training with lever resistance, preacher curl training with cable resistance, and compact full-body training in a smaller footprint.

The footprint difference is major. The MX needs about 13 ft 2 in × 6 ft 7 in, or about 87 sq ft. The T3-X needs about 16 ft 4.9 in × 13 ft 1.5 in, or about 215 sq ft. That means the T3-X needs about 128 sq ft more workout floor area, or roughly 147% more minimum workout space than the MX. Put another way, the MX needs about 60% less floor area than the T3-X.

Choose the MX if you want compact independent arm training and a smaller training footprint. Choose the T3-X if you want a professional multi-user TYTAX system with 8 training stations, a Smith Machine, more dedicated training areas, and maximum facility-style capacity.

How is the MX different from the S7?

The MX and S7 are both more compact TYTAX machines, but they are designed for different users. The MX has 2 training stations, 2 independent training arms, 1000+ exercise options, and capacity for up to 2 people training at the same time in selected setups. The S7 is a compact single-user machine with 1 training station, 550+ exercise options, and an internal weight-stack resistance system.

The biggest difference is the training concept. The MX is built around independent dual-arm training, upper and lower cable pulley work, Olympic-bar exercises, leg press training, lever-based exercises, preacher curl training, assisted pull-ups, and multi-station use. The S7 focuses on compact integrated resistance, built-in butterfly arms, upper and lower pulleys, lever-based leg and calf training, roller-lever movements, preacher curl work, pull-ups, and assisted pull-ups.

Butterfly training is an important difference. The S7 includes built-in butterfly arms as part of the standard machine setup. The MX does not include true Butterfly Arms for classic Pec Deck / Reverse Pec Deck training. If built-in butterfly-style training is a priority, the S7 is stronger in that area.

The MX offers more exercise variety and more station capacity. It has 1000+ exercises compared with 550+ exercises on the S7, and it supports up to 2 people in selected setups, while the S7 is designed for one person training at a time.

The S7 has the smaller footprint. The S7 needs about 8 ft 2.4 in × 4 ft 11.1 in, or about 40 sq ft of workout space. The MX needs about 13 ft 2 in × 6 ft 7 in, or about 87 sq ft. That means the MX needs about 47 sq ft more floor area, or roughly 118% more minimum workout space than the S7. Put another way, the S7 needs about 54% less floor area than the MX.

Choose the MX if you want independent dual-arm training, more exercise variety, 2 training stations, and selected two-person training possibilities. Choose the S7 if you want the smallest footprint, built-in butterfly arms, integrated resistance, and compact one-person training.

How is the MX different from the H9?

The MX and H9 are both compact TYTAX alternatives to the larger TX models, but they are built around different training platforms. The MX has 1000+ exercise options, 2 training stations, 2 independent training arms, and capacity for up to 2 people training at the same time in selected setups. The H9 has 100+ exercises, 2 training stations, a Smith Machine, and selected workout setups that can allow up to 3 people to train at the same time.

The biggest difference is training style. The MX is built around independent dual-arm training, upper and lower cable pulley work, leg press training, Olympic-bar exercises, lever-based exercises, hip adduction and abduction, preacher curl training, pull-ups, and assisted pull-ups. The H9 is more Smith Machine-centered, with front Smith Machine training, barbell and dumbbell work, cable pulley exercises, and rear cable pulley stations.

The H9 is the better choice if you want a more budget-friendly TYTAX machine with Smith Machine training and higher barbell-style loading potential. The MX is the better choice if you want much broader standard-version exercise variety, independent arm training, assisted pull-ups, hip adduction / abduction, preacher curl training, and a lower compact machine.

The MX does not include a TYTAX Smith Machine. The H9 does include a Smith Machine and follows the same Smith Machine loading logic as the T1-X: up to 440 lb on the side sleeves, with an extended loading option up to 770 lb using a TSM-style horizontal connector / additional sleeve setup.

The footprint comparison is close, but the MX is still more space-efficient. The MX needs about 87 sq ft of minimum workout space. The H9 needs about 99 sq ft. That means the H9 needs about 12 sq ft more floor area, or roughly 14% more workout space than the MX. The MX is also lower, at about 6 ft 10.7 in high, while the H9 is about 7 ft 3 in high.

Choose the MX if you want independent dual-arm training, 1000+ exercises, assisted pull-ups, preacher curl options, hip adduction / abduction, and compact two-station training. Choose the H9 if you want a more budget-friendly TYTAX setup with a Smith Machine, higher barbell-style loading potential, and selected multi-user workout possibilities.

Who is the TYTAX MX best for?

The TYTAX MX is best for home gym owners, training partners, personal trainers, smaller studios, and users who want independent arm training in a compact TYTAX setup. It is ideal if you want 1000+ exercise options, 2 training stations, up to 2 people training at the same time in selected setups, and a machine built around 2 independent training arms.

The MX is a strong choice if you want full-body training with independent arm movements, upper and lower cable pulley work, Olympic-bar exercises, leg press training, quadriceps and hamstring lever exercises, glute-focused lever movements, lever-based back and abdominal exercises, hip adduction and abduction, specialist stretching exercises, preacher curl training with lever resistance, preacher curl training with cable resistance, pull-up bar training, and assisted pull-ups with reduced bodyweight support.

Compared with the T1-X, the MX is better if you want a smaller, lower, independent-arm machine instead of a larger flagship Smith Machine system. Compared with the T2-X, the MX is better if assisted pull-ups, independent arms, hip adduction / abduction, and lever preacher curl training are more important than having a Smith Machine. Compared with the T3-X, the MX is better if you want compact home or studio training rather than a professional multi-user facility system. Compared with the S7, the MX is better if you want more exercises, more station capacity, and independent dual-arm training. Compared with the H9, the MX is better if you want broader standard-version exercise variety and independent-arm training instead of a Smith Machine-centered budget-friendly setup.

The MX is also a strong fit when ceiling height matters. It is about 6 ft 10.7 in high, which is lower than the T1-X, T2-X, T3-X, S7, and H9. It needs about 13 ft 2 in × 6 ft 7 in, or about 87 sq ft of minimum workout space.

In practical terms, choose the MX if you want a compact dual-arm TYTAX machine with 2 training stations, 2 independent training arms, 1000+ exercises, selected two-person training capacity, assisted pull-ups, preacher curl training, hip adduction / abduction, and a lower machine height. Choose a TX model if you want a Smith Machine and broader TX-line expansion, choose the S7 if you want the smallest footprint with built-in butterfly arms, or choose the H9 if you want a more budget-friendly Smith Machine setup.
