Expands the machine’s training capabilities and allows you to perform 6 exercises.

The key exercises are roller-based movements for the quadriceps and hamstrings. They help strengthen the front and back of the thighs and complement lower-body training.

Exercises you can perform:

  • Roller exercises for the quadriceps – help strengthen the front of the thighs and improve leg movement control.
