SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with TYTAX International LLC through our online store. This policy is intended for orders shipped within the United States.
SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING
After your order is placed, we will review the order details, product availability, payment status, and delivery information before preparing the order for shipment.
Because TYTAX products are large fitness equipment items, processing and preparation times may vary depending on the product, warehouse availability, order volume, and other operational factors.
We will notify you when your order is ready to ship or when a shipment date has been scheduled from our U.S. warehouse.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING AREA
Our standard shipping service is intended for addresses located within the United States.
Some addresses, including remote locations, limited-access locations, islands, military addresses, P.O. boxes, or locations that cannot be safely accessed by freight carriers, may not be eligible for standard delivery or may require additional arrangements.
If we determine that your address requires special handling or cannot be served by our standard carrier network, we may contact you before shipment to discuss available options.
SECTION 3 - FREIGHT DELIVERY
TYTAX equipment is typically shipped by freight carrier due to its size and weight.
The carrier will contact you to schedule or confirm a delivery date. Delivery dates and delivery windows are provided by the carrier and may be subject to change.
The shipping company is not required to agree to a specific delivery date or time requested by the customer. Requests for evening delivery, weekend delivery, expedited appointments, or other special delivery arrangements may not be available and may result in additional charges.
SECTION 4 - DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
At least one adult must be present at the delivery address to receive the shipment.
The delivery location must be safely accessible for a freight truck. The road, driveway, entrance, and delivery area must allow the carrier to reach the address and unload the shipment without obstruction, unsafe conditions, or unreasonable difficulty.
If the carrier determines that the delivery location is not safely accessible, delivery may be delayed, rescheduled, refused, or subject to additional charges.
SECTION 5 - UNLOADING AND DELIVERY LOCATION
Freight deliveries are expected to be made using a truck equipped with a liftgate or similar unloading equipment when required for the shipment.
Standard delivery does not include carrying products inside any room, garage, household, building, gym, basement, upper floor, or other interior location.
Standard delivery does not include assembly, installation, placement, unpacking, removal of packaging materials, or moving products through doors, stairs, elevators, narrow passages, or other interior areas.
If any additional service is requested or required, it must be arranged separately and may be subject to additional charges. Such additional service may not be available in all areas.
SECTION 6 - CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES BEFORE DELIVERY
Before the scheduled delivery date, you are responsible for making sure that the delivery address is accurate, accessible, and suitable for freight delivery.
You should confirm that there is enough space for the carrier to unload the shipment safely and that an adult will be available to receive the shipment during the scheduled delivery window.
You are responsible for any incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery information that you provide, including any resulting delays, failed delivery attempts, storage fees, redelivery fees, address correction fees, or other carrier charges.
SECTION 7 - INSPECTION AT DELIVERY
Please inspect the shipment carefully at the time of delivery.
If the packaging or product appears damaged, missing, opened, crushed, punctured, or otherwise compromised, you should note the condition clearly on the carrier’s delivery paperwork before signing, take photos of the packaging and product condition, and contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
If possible, do not discard packaging materials until the shipment has been inspected and any delivery issue has been reported.
SECTION 8 - DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather, traffic, accidents, labor disruptions, natural disasters, incorrect or inaccessible delivery information, customer unavailability, customs or regulatory processing where applicable, or any other event outside our reasonable control.
If a delay occurs, we or the carrier may contact you with updated delivery information when available.
SECTION 9 - FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If a delivery cannot be completed because no adult is available to receive the shipment, the delivery address is inaccessible, the delivery information is incorrect, or the shipment is refused without prior written authorization from us, additional carrier charges may apply.
These charges may include, but are not limited to, redelivery fees, storage fees, address correction fees, return freight fees, or other costs imposed by the carrier.
SECTION 10 - CHANGES TO DELIVERY INFORMATION
If you need to change your delivery address or contact information after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
We cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed after an order has been processed, scheduled, or shipped.
Any changes requested after shipment may be subject to carrier approval and additional charges.
