Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For smaller orders, shipping may appear high compared to the item value. Many of our products and accessories require non-standard packaging, careful handling, and manual warehouse preparation. The shipping fee reflects both the carrier cost and the work required to pack each order safely.

We also encourage you to sign up for our newsletter. As part of periodic promotions, free shipping offers or special delivery terms may be available exclusively to customers subscribed to our mailing list.

Our machines leave from our warehouse in South Carolina. Preparing an order usually takes 2 to 4 business days. Delivery within the United States typically takes about 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

Standard delivery does not include assembly, installation, unpacking, or carrying the equipment inside a room, garage, basement, upper floor, or other interior location. However, an on-site technician visit may be available as an additional paid service. This service can include machine assembly and basic instruction on how to use the equipment. It is quoted individually, so please contact us before or after placing your order to discuss availability and pricing.

Our machines come with a warranty for the original purchaser. The machine body is covered for 5 years, and other components are covered for 2 years. Normal wear and tear, including paint finish and upholstery, as well as damage caused by improper use, impact, or mechanical damage, is not covered. Yes. You can use Shop Pay Installments in partnership with Affirm. Add the selected products to your cart and proceed to checkout to view the available financing options, estimated installment amounts, and sample repayment schedules.

The terms available to you depend in part on the order value and your individual eligibility as determined by Affirm. Some plans may require a down payment.

Our machines and accessories are manufactured in Poland, a European Union member state. Production is handled in-house by TYTAX FACTORY, giving us full control over quality, durability, and every stage of manufacturing. Our modern, technology-driven factory focuses on long-lasting equipment and responsible production, so you can be confident you are buying a premium product made with precision and respect for people and the environment.

Yes. Customers in European Union countries can order directly from our EU online store. To open it, select the “European Union” region from the menu.

For orders outside the United States and EU, direct online checkout is not currently available. Please contact us using the contact form and provide the machine model you are interested in and the destination. We will confirm whether delivery is available and prepare a personalized quotation including shipping.
