RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from TYTAX International LLC through our online store. This policy is intended for orders shipped within the United States.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. TYTAX products are large fitness equipment items, and returns require proper packaging, handling, transportation, and inspection.
SECTION 1 - CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING A PRODUCT
You must contact us before returning any product. Products returned without prior communication or authorization may be refused, delayed, or may not be eligible for a refund.

Please include your order number, name, contact information, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if the product or packaging appears damaged, incomplete, or inconsistent with your order.
SECTION 2 - DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is damaged or not consistent with your order, you must contact TYTAX International LLC within 7 days after receiving the product.
After reviewing the information you provide, we may ask for photos, videos, documentation, or other information needed to evaluate the condition of the product, packaging, and shipment.
If we confirm that the product was damaged when delivered or was not consistent with your order, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement, replacement parts, repair support, or a refund if the product is returned in accordance with our instructions.
If a return is required because the product was confirmed by us to be damaged or not consistent with your order, the product must not be used and should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible. In such cases, we will organize the return transportation and cover the return transportation cost, unless the issue was caused by misuse, improper handling, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, or damage occurring after delivery.
SECTION 3 - RETURNS BECAUSE THE PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS
If the product you received is not damaged and is consistent with your order, but does not meet your expectations, you may contact us within 14 days after receiving the product to request a return.
To be eligible for this type of return, the product must be unused, complete, and returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
You are responsible for all costs related to returning the product, including return transportation, carrier charges, packaging materials, handling charges, storage charges, redelivery charges, and any damage that occurs during return transportation.
If we agree to help arrange return transportation through our carrier, we will notify you of the estimated cost before arranging pickup. The cost of return transportation may be deducted from the refund amount.
If you choose to arrange your own return transportation, you must provide us with the carrier name and tracking or shipment number so that the return shipment can be monitored.
SECTION 4 - PRODUCT CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
Returned products must be unused, complete, clean, and properly secured for transportation.
Returned products should include all parts, components, hardware, accessories, manuals, and other materials originally included with the product.
If the original packaging is available, the product should be returned in the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, each part must be carefully inspected, wrapped, protected, and secured to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
Large equipment parts should be protected with appropriate materials, such as protective wrapping, padding, cardboard, straps, pallets, or other packaging suitable for freight transportation.
You are responsible for damage that occurs during return transportation if the damage results from improper packaging, improper preparation, insufficient protection, or unsafe handling arranged by you or on your behalf.

SECTION 6 - INSPECTION AFTER RETURN
After the returned product is delivered to our warehouse, we will inspect it to confirm its condition, completeness, packaging, and consistency with the approved return request.
Inspection may include checking whether the product is unused, complete, undamaged, properly packaged, and returned with all required parts and components.
If the returned product is used, incomplete, damaged, improperly packaged, modified, missing parts, or otherwise not in the required condition, we may reduce the refund amount, refuse the return, or contact you regarding available options.
SECTION 7 - REFUNDS
If the return is approved after inspection, we will issue the refund to the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing usually takes approximately 7 days after the returned product is delivered to our warehouse and inspected. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Refund amounts may be reduced by any return transportation costs, carrier charges, damage costs, missing parts, incomplete components, storage charges, redelivery charges, or other costs for which you are responsible under this policy.
SECTION 8 - NON-RETURNABLE OR REFUSED RETURNS
We may refuse a return or refund if:
(a) the return request is made after the applicable return period; (b) the product has been used; (c) the product is damaged after delivery; (d) the product is missing parts, components, accessories, or materials; (e) the product was modified, misused, improperly assembled, or improperly maintained; (f) the product was returned without prior communication or authorization; (g) the product was not properly packaged or secured for transportation; or (h) the product otherwise fails to meet the requirements of this policy.
SECTION 9 - DELIVERY DAMAGE AND DOCUMENTATION
If a product or packaging appears damaged at delivery, you should document the condition immediately.
When possible, take photos of the packaging, pallet, product, labels, and any visible damage before unpacking or moving the product.
You should also note the damage on the carrier’s delivery paperwork before signing, if carrier paperwork is provided and allows such notation.
Prompt documentation helps us evaluate the issue and work with the carrier when applicable.
SECTION 10 - CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of this Return and Refund Policy by posting updates to our website.
The version of this policy posted on our website at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
