TYTAX International LLC warrants to the original purchaser that TYTAX products are free from defects at the time of purchase. This warranty applies to products purchased from TYTAX International LLC in the United States.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use. Exclusions include, without limitation:
- Normal wear and tear of components, including paint finish and upholstery.
- Damage caused by improper use, impacts, mechanical damage to upholstery, or shoe wear.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions.
Claims for Non-Conformity of Goods
To file a claim, please contact TYTAX International LLC and include:
- A description of the issue or discrepancy.
- Your requested resolution.
- Proof of purchase, if available. Proof of purchase helps us process your claim but is not required for claim acceptance.
Non-Conformity Criteria
A product may be considered non-conforming if it does not match its description or sample, is unsuitable for its specified purpose, lacks expected characteristics, or fails to meet reasonable expectations.
Complaint Process
Complaints should be filed within 14 days of discovering the discrepancy. TYTAX will respond within 14 calendar days. If a repair or replacement is required, TYTAX will coordinate the next steps with the customer.
Warranty Extension Terms
The warranty period may restart or be extended when a defect-free product is returned after repair, when significant repairs are completed, when replaced parts are provided, or for the period during which the product could not be used because of a covered defect.
Warranty vs. Non-Conformity Claims
Warranty rights and non-conformity claims are independent rights. Exercising warranty rights may suspend non-conformity claims until the defect is resolved. If one claim route is rejected, another may still be available where applicable.
Claim-Related Costs
During the warranty period, TYTAX covers approved repair or replacement costs. Depending on the circumstances, TYTAX may also cover reasonable related costs such as transportation, insurance, contract fees, and storage.
Dispute Resolution
TYTAX seeks amicable solutions and supports customers with repairs, replacements, or upgrades when appropriate.
