A versatile training module based on additional equipment components, designed for valuable exercises targeting the abdominal muscles and the hip area.

It expands the training capabilities of the machine and allows you to perform strength and functional exercises using bodyweight, as well as additional resistance from cable pulleys.

The main exercises are classic movements for the rectus abdominis and oblique muscles. You can perform them without additional resistance or increase training intensity by using resistance from cable pulleys.

Exercises you can perform:

  • Rectus abdominis exercises – help strengthen the front of the torso and improve full-body stabilization.
  • Oblique muscle exercises – engage the side abdominal muscles and support torso control during rotational movements.
  • Hip flexor exercises – help strengthen the front of the hips and support leg work during lifting movements.
  • Adductor and abductor exercises – support training of the inner and outer thighs and help improve hip stabilization.

Muscle groups: the module primarily engages the rectus abdominis and oblique muscles. It also supports work of the hip flexors, adductors, and abductors.
