TYTAX T1-X Flagship Home Gym | 1600+ Exercises, 4 Training Stations

$7,599.00

Built for full-body strength and conditioning, this multi-station training system delivers 1600+ exercise options across 4 training stations.

Ideal for maximum exercise variety, expandability, and multi-user training, this plate-loaded machine allows up to 3 people to train at the same time, depending on the workout setup.

Who is this machine best for?

This setup is best for users who want a full-size, plate-loaded strength training machine with multi-user capacity, expandability, and broad full-body exercise coverage.

It is a strong choice for serious home gyms, athletic training spaces, personal training studios, and families who want more than one person to be able to train during the same workout session.

Highlights

1600+ exercises — train your entire body: chest, back, shoulders, arms, core, glutes, and legs.

4 training stations — designed for a wide range of strength and functional training setups.

Up to 3 people training at the same time — ideal for families, training partners, and personal training environments.

TYTAX Smith Machine — adds guided barbell-style training options that are not available on the MX or S7.

Plate-loaded resistance system — use weight plates for the Smith Machine and cable pulley carriage loading.

Versatile built-in training options — includes an adjustable bench on bearing wheels, Smith Machine, leg press training, upper and lower cable pulley work, Olympic-bar exercises, quadriceps and hamstring lever exercises, lever-based back, abdominal, glute, hip adduction, and hip abduction exercises, specialist stretching movements, preacher curl training, cable-resisted preacher curl variations, pull-up bar training, and assisted pull-ups with reduced bodyweight support.

13 optional add-ons available — expand the standard machine setup with RM, PRM, PR-X cardio / power-runner options, and other optional add-ons for additional training possibilities.

Heavy-duty build — machine weight approx. 1,650 lb without additional equipment.

Maximum load capacity

Smith Machine maximum load: up to 440 lb on the side sleeves.

Smith Machine extended loading option: with additional loading using the TSM horizontal connector setup, the maximum load can be increased up to 770 lb.

Rear cable pulley carriage maximum load: the T1-X includes two rear cable pulley carriages, and each carriage supports up to 350 lb.

Dimensions and space requirements

Machine dimensions: 8 ft 6.4 in long × 8 ft 8.5 in wide × 7 ft 4.6 in high.

Minimum room size for exercising: 13 ft 1.4 in long × 9 ft 10.1 in wide × 7 ft 4.6 in high.

Stored after training, without folding bench: 8 ft 6.4 in long × 8 ft 2 in wide.

Most compact storage, with bench folded: 5 ft 3 in long × 8 ft 2 in wide.

The largest footprint is required during exercise because the bench and training stations need additional working space. After training, the setup can be reduced to the machine body footprint, or the bench can be folded for the most compact storage position.

Weight plates, Olympic barbell, EZ curl bar, dumbbells, racks, and other external free-weight equipment are sold separately. The standard T1-X includes the handles and attachments needed for its standard exercises.

GARAGE GYM SETUP

More Space Without Giving Up Your Training

In a garage, every square foot matters. TYTAX TX and M Series machines can be equipped with the optional Wheel System, making it easy to roll the machine aside after training and reclaim valuable space.

The H9 already includes built-in rear transport wheels, so no separate wheel kit is needed.

For the bench, TX Series models allow the bench to be raised into the machine frame. On M Series machines and the H9, the bench is freestanding, so it can be placed upright or moved to another open spot when not in use.

Questions before you checkout?

Here’s what people ask most—so you can choose the right setup and place your order easily.

What makes the TYTAX T1-X different from the T2-X and T3-X?

The TYTAX T1-X is the flagship middle ground between the compact T2-X and the larger T3-X. The T2-X has 2 training stations and supports up to 2 people training at the same time. The T1-X gives you more capacity, with 4 training stations and the ability for up to 3 people to train at the same time, depending on the workout setup. The T3-X is the larger professional model, with 8 training stations and capacity for up to 7 people training at the same time.

Compared with the T2-X, the T1-X gives you more workout positions, more multi-user capacity, and greater expandability. Compared with the T3-X, the T1-X is much more space-efficient while still offering flagship-level versatility. The T1-X requires a minimum workout space of about 13 ft 1.4 in × 9 ft 10.1 in, or about 129 sq ft. The T3-X requires about 16 ft 4.9 in × 13 ft 1.5 in, or about 215 sq ft. That means the T1-X needs about 86 sq ft less workout space, or roughly 40% less minimum workout floor area than the T3-X.

How is the T1-X different from the T2-X?

The T1-X is larger, more expandable, and offers more training possibilities than the T2-X. The T2-X has 2 training stations and allows up to 2 people to train at the same time, while the T1-X has 4 training stations and allows up to 3 people to train simultaneously.

The T1-X also supports additional upgrade options and exercise types that are not available on the T2-X. For example, the T1-X can be equipped with Option A — Butterfly Arms for Pec Deck and Reverse Pec Deck exercises — one of the most popular upper-body training movements. The T2-X does not support this option.

The T1-X does require more floor space than the compact T2-X. The T1-X needs a minimum workout space of about 13 ft 1.4 in × 9 ft 10.1 in, or about 129 sq ft, so it is the better choice when you have more room and want more stations, more expandability, and greater multi-user capacity. The T2-X is the better fit when saving space is the top priority.

The T1-X also allows exercises such as lever-based hip adduction and abduction, assisted pull-ups with counterweight support, and additional training possibilities with PR-X and PRM options. PR-X expands power-runner style training, while PRM adds rowing / cardio training possibilities. These features are not available on the T2-X.

How is the T1-X different from the T3-X?

The T1-X and T3-X both offer a very high level of exercise variety, but the T3-X is larger and built for more users training at the same time. The T1-X has 4 training stations and allows up to 3 people to train simultaneously, while the T3-X has 8 training stations and allows up to 7 people to train at the same time.

The T1-X is the better choice for most premium home gyms and private training spaces because it gives you flagship-level versatility in a smaller footprint. It requires a minimum workout space of about 13 ft 1.4 in × 9 ft 10.1 in, or about 129 sq ft. The T3-X requires about 16 ft 4.9 in × 13 ft 1.5 in, or about 215 sq ft. That means the T1-X needs about 86 sq ft less workout space, or roughly 40% less minimum workout floor area than the T3-X.

The T3-X is better suited for larger rooms, studios, sports facilities, schools, athletic departments, and uniformed-service training facilities where more people need to train in parallel and where the extra floor space is available.

The T3-X also adds four practical training areas that are not available on the T1-X: an abdominal leg-raise / knee-raise station, parallel dip bars for triceps and chest dips, a lever station for lower-body and shoulder work such as loaded squats, lunges, calf raises, and related movements, plus a hanging leg-raise / roller station for abdominal work and hamstring training.

How is the T1-X different from the MX?

The T1-X is a larger flagship multi-station system, while the MX is a more compact dual-arm model built around 2 independent training arms. The MX has 2 training stations and allows up to 2 people to train at the same time, while the T1-X has 4 training stations and allows up to 3 people to train simultaneously.

The T1-X also offers a wider training range, with 1600+ exercise options and 13 available add-on options, compared with hundreds of exercises and 7 add-on options on the MX.

Two major differences are the TYTAX Smith Machine and the dedicated butterfly option. The T1-X includes a Smith Machine for guided barbell-style training; the MX does not. The T1-X can also be equipped with Option A — Butterfly Arms for classic Pec Deck and Reverse Pec Deck exercises; the MX does not support Option A.

The MX is built around independent dual-arm training as part of its core design. On the T1-X, a similar universal-arm training direction can be added with Option JA — Universal Training Arms or Option JD-X — Expanded Training Arms, depending on the setup you want.

The T1-X also supports cardio-style expansion options that are not available on the MX. It can be equipped with PRM rowing / cardio training and PR-X power-runner style training, giving it additional conditioning possibilities beyond standard strength training.

The MX is more space-efficient. The T1-X requires a minimum workout space of about 13 ft 1.4 in × 9 ft 10.1 in, or about 129 sq ft. The MX requires about 13 ft 2 in × 6 ft 7 in, or about 87 sq ft. That means the T1-X needs about 42 sq ft more workout floor area, or roughly 49% more minimum workout space than the MX. Put another way, the MX needs about 33% less minimum workout floor area than the T1-X.

Ceiling height can also matter in lower rooms. The T1-X is about 7 ft 4.6 in high, while the MX is about 6 ft 10.7 in high. That means the T1-X needs about 5.9 in more ceiling clearance than the MX.

Choose the T1-X if you want a larger flagship system with more stations, broader expandability, a Smith Machine, PRM and PR-X cardio-style options, and a true dedicated Butterfly Arms option for classic Pec Deck and Reverse Pec Deck training. Choose the MX if you want a more compact machine centered on independent dual-arm training, a lower machine height, and a smaller workout footprint.

How is the T1-X different from the S7?

The TYTAX T1-X is the larger flagship multi-station model, built for maximum versatility, heavier training, and multi-user workouts. Up to 3 people can train on the T1-X at the same time, and the machine includes 4 training stations. It also offers 1600+ exercise options, the TYTAX Smith Machine, an adjustable TYTAX bench on wheels, and more expansion options.

The S7 is a much more compact single-user machine with one training station, designed for one person to train at a time. It still offers a wide exercise range, with over 550 possible exercises, but it is built for a very different use case: compact full-body training in a smaller room.

One of the biggest differences is the resistance and maximum load capacity. The S7 uses a compact adjustable resistance system with a maximum adjustable load of approximately 176 lb. The T1-X is a plate-loaded strength system with much higher loading potential: the Smith Machine supports up to 440 lb on the side sleeves, can be expanded up to 770 lb with the TSM horizontal connector setup, and each rear cable pulley carriage supports up to 350 lb.

The T1-X also gives you a different type of guided leg-press and calf-training experience. Thanks to the built-in Smith Machine, the vertical and horizontal sliding carriage setup, and the movable bench on rails, the T1-X allows exercises such as horizontal leg press, vertical leg press, and calf raises in a guided sliding-carriage format. The S7 can also be used for leg press and calf-focused movements, but these are performed through its lever-based resistance system, so the muscle groups may be similar, but the machine mechanics and training feel are different.

There is also a difference in butterfly training. On the S7, butterfly arms are included as part of the standard machine setup. On the T1-X, classic butterfly training is available through Option A — Butterfly Arms, which is an optional add-on for Pec Deck and Reverse Pec Deck exercises.

The T1-X also offers cardio-style expansion options that are not available on the S7. The T1-X can be equipped with RM, PRM rowing / cardio training, and PR-X power-runner style training, giving it additional conditioning possibilities beyond standard strength training. The S7 does not support these rowing / cardio expansion options.

The T1-X also requires more workout space. The T1-X needs a minimum workout space of about 13 ft 1.4 in × 9 ft 10.1 in, or about 129 sq ft. The S7 needs about 8 ft 2.4 in × 4 ft 11.1 in, or about 40 sq ft. That means the T1-X needs about 89 sq ft more workout floor area, or roughly 220% more minimum workout space than the S7. Put another way, the S7 needs about 69% less minimum workout floor area than the T1-X.

Ceiling height is another difference, although a smaller one. The T1-X is about 7 ft 4.6 in high, while the S7 is about 7 ft 2.6 in high, so the T1-X is only about 2 in taller.

In practical terms, the T1-X is usually best planned as a dedicated gym setup — for example in a separate workout room, home gym, or garage. The S7 is easier to place in everyday living spaces because it has a much smaller footprint and can be positioned more easily against a wall, such as in a living room or smaller room, without needing a fully dedicated gym space.

Choose the T1-X if you want the most versatile TYTAX setup with multi-user training, 4 training stations, plate-loaded strength options, a Smith Machine, guided sliding-carriage leg press and calf training, much higher loading potential, RM / PRM / PR-X cardio-style options, and maximum exercise variety. Choose the S7 if you want a compact single-user machine with a much smaller footprint, built-in butterfly arms, lever-based leg and calf training, and a machine that is easier to fit into a regular room without dedicating an entire space to a home gym.

How is the T1-X different from the H9?

The TYTAX T1-X is the larger premium flagship multi-station model, while the H9 is a more budget-friendly TYTAX machine for users who want a lighter, simpler setup. The T1-X has 4 training stations and allows up to 3 people to train at the same time. The H9 has 2 training stations and can also allow up to 3 people to train at the same time, depending on the workout setup: one person can train at the front with the Smith Machine while two additional users train on the rear cable stations.

The T1-X also offers a much wider training range. The T1-X provides 1600+ exercise options and 13 available add-on options, while the H9 offers 100+ exercises in the standard version and 4 available add-on options. This makes the T1-X the better choice if you want maximum exercise variety, more upgrade paths, and more room for different training styles.

There is also a major difference in build level and machine weight. The T1-X weighs about 1,650 lb in its standard version, while the H9 weighs about 661 lb. That means the T1-X is about 989 lb heavier, which reflects its larger frame, heavier-duty construction, and more advanced multi-station setup. The H9 is lighter and more compact, while still keeping essential TYTAX quality in a more budget-friendly format.

The T1-X also requires more workout space. The T1-X needs a minimum workout space of about 13 ft 1.4 in × 9 ft 10.1 in, or about 129 sq ft. The H9 needs recommended workout room dimensions of about 134 in × 106 in, or about 99 sq ft. That means the T1-X needs about 30 sq ft more workout floor area, or roughly 31% more workout space than the H9. Put another way, the H9 needs about 24% less workout floor area than the T1-X.

Both machines include a Smith Machine. The H9 follows the same Smith Machine loading logic as the T1-X: up to 440 lb on the side sleeves, with an extended loading option up to 770 lb using a TSM-style horizontal connector / additional sleeve setup. The T1-X gives you a broader and more advanced training platform around the Smith Machine. The T1-X also has rear cable pulley carriages that support up to 350 lb each, while the H9 rear cable carriages support about 220 lb each.

The T1-X also includes training possibilities that are not available on the H9. The H9 does not offer Butterfly Arms either as standard equipment or as an optional add-on, while the T1-X can be equipped with Option A — Butterfly Arms for classic Pec Deck and Reverse Pec Deck exercises.

The T1-X also gives you additional specialized exercise options that are not available on the H9, including lever-based back and abdominal exercises, hip adduction and abduction, specialized stretching exercises, lever-based preacher curl training, and assisted pull-ups with reduced bodyweight support. These differences make the T1-X much more complete for advanced strength training and full-body exercise variety.

For cardio-style training, the H9 is more limited. The H9 can support PRM rowing / cardio training, while the T1-X offers a broader cardio expansion path, including RM, PRM rowing / cardio training, and PR-X power-runner style training. The T1-X gives you more ways to combine strength, conditioning, and cardio-style work in one setup.

Price is another major difference. The T1-X is priced at $7,599, while the H9 is priced at $4,199. That means the H9 costs $3,400 less, or about 45% less than the T1-X. Put another way, the T1-X costs about 81% more than the H9, which reflects its larger frame, heavier construction, more stations, broader exercise range, and more advanced expansion options.

In practical terms, choose the T1-X if you want a premium flagship TYTAX system with more stations, more exercise variety, heavier construction, and broader expansion options. Choose the H9 if you want a more budget-friendly TYTAX machine with a smaller footprint, a lighter setup, essential TYTAX quality, and the ability for up to 3 people to train at the same time in selected setups.

Who is the TYTAX T1-X best for?

The TYTAX T1-X is best for serious home gym owners, athletes, personal trainers, and families who want a premium all-in-one strength training system with enough capacity for more than one person. It is ideal if you want a premium flagship TYTAX system with 4 training stations, the ability for up to 3 people to train at the same time, and a much wider training range than a compact single-user machine.

The T1-X is a strong choice if you want maximum versatility in one setup. It offers 1600+ exercise options, 13 available add-on options, a TYTAX Smith Machine, rear cable pulley carriages, guided sliding-carriage training, optional Butterfly Arms, and expansion paths such as JA / JD-X, RM, PRM rowing / cardio training, and PR-X power-runner style training. This makes it a better fit for users who want strength training, functional training, cable work, guided barbell-style movements, and cardio-style add-ons in one larger system.

Compared with the T2-X, the T1-X is better for users who want more stations, more multi-user capacity, and broader expansion options. Compared with the T3-X, the T1-X is better for premium home gyms and private training spaces that want flagship-level versatility without the larger T3-X footprint. Compared with the MX, the T1-X is better if you want a Smith Machine, a dedicated Butterfly Arms option, more stations, and broader cardio-style expansion. Compared with the S7, the T1-X is better if you want a plate-loaded, multi-station system with much higher loading potential, while the S7 is better for compact single-user training in a smaller room. Compared with the H9, the T1-X is the better choice if you want a larger premium system with 4 training stations, up to 3 users, 1600+ exercise options, 13 add-ons, heavier construction, higher rear cable carriage capacity, and broader exercise possibilities; the H9 is better if you want a more budget-friendly, lighter TYTAX machine with one training station, one-person training, and essential TYTAX quality.

The T1-X is also best when you can dedicate enough room for a full home gym setup. It needs a minimum workout space of about 13 ft 1.4 in × 9 ft 10.1 in, or about 129 sq ft, so it is usually best planned for a dedicated gym room, garage gym, private training room, or larger workout space rather than a small living room corner.

In practical terms, choose the T1-X if you want a premium flagship TYTAX system with more stations, more users, more exercise variety, heavier construction, higher expandability, and a long-term upgrade path. Choose a smaller model such as the S7, MX, or H9 if your main priority is a smaller footprint, a lighter setup, one-person training, or a more budget-friendly entry into TYTAX quality.
