A versatile training module built around universal arms that, once connected to the machine, can be used in different configurations — independently, with cable pulleys, and with other exercise accessories.

This option significantly expands the training capabilities of the machine and allows you to perform at least 650 exercises.

The most important exercise performed with Option PR-X is the Power Runner. This dynamic movement can meet the needs of even professional athletes. Regular Power Runner training may support the development of speed and power in a short time, while lighter resistance settings also make it an excellent cardio exercise.

Exercises you can perform with Option PR-X:

  • Power Runner – a dynamic exercise that supports the development of speed, power, and explosive strength.
  • Loaded squats – effectively strengthen the thighs and glutes, while the shoulder pads improve comfort under heavier loads.
  • Crunches – focus the effort on the rectus abdominis and help improve core stability.
  • Rows – develop the upper back muscles and support proper posture.
  • Arm raises – activate the shoulders and improve strength and control in the shoulder girdle.
  • Chest press – effectively engages the chest muscles, helping build strength and improve movement control.
  • Bicep curls – strengthen the biceps and improve arm strength in pulling movements.
  • Tricep extensions – strengthen the triceps and improve arm strength in pushing movements.

With Option PR-X, you can also perform assisted pull-ups with reduced bodyweight load, as well as specialized exercises useful for American football training.

Muscle groups: Option PR-X primarily engages the thighs and glutes. It also supports work of the chest and back muscles, rectus abdominis and obliques, shoulders, biceps, and triceps, with additional activation of the muscles responsible for full-body stabilization.
