A versatile training module built around a universal frame that can be used on its own, together with the machine, and with different exercise accessories depending on the training configuration.

It was originally developed for a focused set of exercises, mainly for the chest. After being expanded with additional accessories, it now allows you to perform over 180 exercises.

Exercises you can perform with Option TB-X:

  • Chest-focused movements – the training frame helps build chest strength in a unique way, with improved movement control and safer exercise execution.
  • Loaded squats – effectively strengthen the thighs and glutes, while the shoulder pads improve comfort under heavier loads.
  • Crunches – focus the effort on the rectus abdominis and help improve core stability.
  • Rows – develop the back muscles and support proper posture.
  • Arm raises – activate the shoulders and improve strength and control in the shoulder girdle.
  • Bicep curls – strengthen the biceps and improve arm strength in pulling movements.
  • Tricep extensions – strengthen the triceps and improve arm strength in pushing movements.

Muscle groups: the exercises primarily engage the chest and back muscles, as well as the thighs and glutes. They also activate the rectus abdominis and obliques, shoulders, biceps, and triceps, with additional support from the muscles responsible for full-body stabilization.
