A versatile training module built around independent arms that, once connected to the machine, can be used on their own, as well as in combination with cable pulleys and other exercise accessories.
This expansion significantly increases the range of possible training and allows you to perform at least 250 exercises targeting the abs, thighs, glutes, back, shoulders, chest, biceps, and triceps.
Important advantage: many exercises performed with this module are very similar to dumbbell exercises. During chest and shoulder movements, the weight is picked up and returned in the upper position of the arm movement, which significantly improves comfort and safety during training.
Exercises you can perform with Option JA:
Muscle groups: the exercises primarily engage the chest and back muscles, as well as the rectus abdominis and obliques, thighs, glutes, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. They also support the muscles responsible for full-body stabilization.
