A versatile training module built around a universal arm that can be used in different configurations with cable pulleys and exercise accessories.
This expansion significantly increases the range of possible training and allows you to perform at least 200 exercises targeting the abs, thighs, glutes, upper back, shoulders, chest, and biceps.
Exercises you can perform with Option DA-X:
- Loaded squats – effectively strengthen the thighs and glutes, while the shoulder pads improve comfort under heavier loads.
- Crunches – focus the effort on the rectus abdominis and help improve core stability.
- Rows – develop the upper back muscles and support proper posture.
- Arm raises – activate the shoulders and improve strength and control in the shoulder girdle.
- Pressing exercises – engage the chest muscles, helping build strength and improve movement control.
- Arm curls – strengthen the biceps and improve arm strength in pulling movements.
Muscle groups: the exercises primarily engage the rectus abdominis and obliques, thighs, glutes, upper back, shoulders, chest, and biceps. They also support the muscles responsible for full-body stabilization.
