TX – Option DR: Double Rotor For Rotational Exercises
A training module built around a double rotor, designed for weighted rotational exercises. It allows you to perform movements focused on the hips, thighs, glutes, and deep abdominal muscles.
The construction expands the training range with at least 15 exercises, especially useful for improving torso stability, movement control, and strengthening the muscles responsible for rotation and maintaining proper body position.
Exercises you can perform with Option DR:
- Weighted internal rotation – effectively strengthens the inner thighs and deep abdominal muscles.
