A versatile training module built around a universal bar that can be used in different configurations with cable pulleys. It significantly expands the range of exercises and allows you to perform at least 50 exercises targeting the abs, thighs, glutes, upper back, shoulders, chest, and biceps.
Key construction elements include shoulder pads and rotating handles. The pads improve comfort during loaded squats, while the handles allow natural hand rotation, helping reduce unnecessary joint strain and improve movement smoothness.
Exercises you can perform with Option CB:
Muscle groups: the exercises primarily engage the rectus abdominis and obliques, thighs, glutes, upper back, shoulders, chest, and biceps. They also support the muscles responsible for full-body stabilization.
