This training module is designed for rowing and intensive cardio training. It lets you combine strength exercises with endurance work without the need for a separate rowing ergometer.
The design allows you to perform movements similar to classic rowing, as well as exercises that imitate the natural motion of oars in a rowing boat. An important advantage is the ability to set the load independently for the arms and legs, making it easier to adapt the workout to the goal, training level, and needs of the athlete.
Once installed, this expansion allows you to perform at least 10 exercises, focused mainly on calorie burning, conditioning, power development, and strengthening large muscle groups.
