TYTAX machines were developed using science and research rather than tradition, opinions, or speculation, helping you understand the effectiveness of various exercises. How are exercises created on our machines?

Those engaged in bodybuilding, fitness, or any workout routine know that extraordinary motivation and knowledge are essential for progress. The monotony of a gym routine, especially caused by limited equipment, can be frustrating. However, our machines offer a variety of exercises that can revitalize your routine.

With us, you can perform any exercise known in bodybuilding or fitness.

Since the inception in 1989, our machines have been designed with multi-functionality in mind, enabling a myriad of exercises, including those typically requiring specialized equipment. The introduction of online resources like exrx.net has inspired continuous enhancement of our product capabilities.

But where did the idea that our machines offer infinite workout possibilities come from?

The concept originated with the design of the first model in 1989, emphasizing versatility. This approach allowed the integration of an extensive range of exercises, traditionally only possible with specialized equipment. The evolution continued as digital resources became available, providing fresh inspiration for new functionalities.

Classic bodybuilding exercises

Exploring the exercise numbers of the T1-X, which prototype was built in 1989, illustrates the development process of new workouts for our machines. Earlier exercises, some dating back over 30 years, are predominantly classic bodybuilding workouts.

Another stage was to add new variations to the same exercise, such as the Leg Press, which was upgraded with additional handles for easier operation.

Our machines are like a crate of blocks – the possibilities are limited only by your imagination!

The journey of developing new ways to exercise has been ongoing for decades. Our continuous improvements have seen revolutionary changes, not just evolutionary.

What drives our innovation?

We are motivated by the potential for continuous improvement, even modifying older exercises to enhance effectiveness. For instance, exercise #30, the Leg Press, received significant upgrades to improve its usability.

Small Improvements Over Time Make Sense!

Over the long term, nothing works as well as small product improvements. However, the problem is that most products you can buy are inventions that were literally created yesterday and have no history of refinement.

There are some products that are improved versions, but in such a way that they are of lower quality than the original product. Or they are of such quality that when you start using the product, a factory on the other side of the world is already producing the next one for you, because the one you bought barely works reliably for the warranty period.

When you buy our equipment, know that the first machine was built in 1989. Since then, our machines have undergone endless improvements. Some changes are evolutionary, and some are revolutionary. But we always strive to make our devices better and better.

Now, I will present a small improvement to an element that was used from 1989 to 2021. This is a characteristic element in our machines, and maybe that's why I didn't want to change it. It is the foot and thigh support located at the front of the bench.

This solution worked very well, but at some point, the idea for new, interesting exercises arose. I then had to change the design of this element to accommodate these new exercises. The new exercises are made possible by elements previously designed for the MX gym.

Thanks to this change in the foot and thigh support, and the new equipment elements, dozens of new exercises can be performed. A few of them can be seen in the video below.

Small changes make a big impact over time

Our products' evolution is demonstrated by the ongoing modification of features based on customer feedback, such as adjusting the pulleys' width which has led to new exercise possibilities, showcased in the video below.

The adaptations in the lower and upper pulley constructions have allowed for the addition of over sixty new exercises, enhancing the functionality of the TYTAX T1-X and T3-X models.

Exercises for Women

Although our machines look heavy and enormous, they are designed to allow exercises to be performed by individuals with lower physical fitness, including women. In our search for new and interesting exercises, we especially focus on increasing the selection of exercises that are important for a diverse training regimen for women.

Currently, on the latest T1-X machine model, we present the possibility of performing over 1000 exercises on the standard gym model. Additional equipment options are also available for all models. You can read about the additional options on the page – Exercises on TYTAX with Additional Options.

Among the additional options is, for example, the TB option. When it was created in 2017, it allowed for a dozen exercises. However, by 2021, new exercises were developed, increasing the number to over 150.

How did the possibility of performing so many new exercises on the TB option come about? It is like building with blocks. At first, you look for an idea to arrange a few blocks, but at some point, everything starts to accelerate. Often new exercises are created right on the film set.

Customer Inspiration for a New Exercise

This was the case with the Power Runner exercise. A woman from the USA asked about the possibility of performing such an exercise because her son enjoys mountain hiking. It took me almost six months to find a solution to perform this exercise on the T1-X model. This seems long, but each new idea required extensive testing. Based on the test results, a new version of the exercise was developed.

Ultimately, the exercise, which I initially planned to perform at station A, was moved to station CD. At this station, I conducted several exhaustive training sessions to ensure the highest technical quality and comfort. This hard work over many months resulted in one of the best exercises.

Later, more than 100 exercises were developed for this option, but the most important one is the Power Runner, which works great for glutes and thighs and provides an amazing cardio workout.

The Power Runner was the first exercise developed for the PR option. The last one developed for this option is exercise number 209, resembling climbing very steep stairs. After just a few repetitions, you can feel your thighs burning.

What sets performing this exercise on our machines apart from professional machines from other manufacturers is the virtually silent operation.

Watch as I test the incredible Power Runner exercise.

Necessity is the Mother of Invention!

For many years, I ran on a treadmill and wondered how to enable cardio training on the T1-X model. Although my wife and I ran on very high-quality Life Fitness treadmills, after many years, our joints began to feel the effects of thousands of kilometers. That's why I thought it would be great to introduce the possibility of rowing. This exercise does not strain the joints and activates over 80% of the muscles.

Rowing is Considered the Best Cardio Exercise!

Developing the rowing capability on the T1-X model took me a few weeks, but before this exercise was commercialized, I personally performed about 300,000 repetitions on it. In the meantime, small technical adjustments were made to improve the comfort and performance of the exercise. Currently, almost all models allow for rowing training with the additional RM option.

Before the RM option was commercialized, I invited Adam Korol, a four-time world champion and Olympic champion in rowing, to evaluate it. According to his assessment, rowing with the RM option is excellent, but he motivated me to develop another version of rowing training, implemented on the TX series machines with the additional PRM option.

"I admire" people who, without any physical or technical preparation, have the courage to go skiing and risk injury.

Once, while browsing YouTube, I came across a video.

I was very intrigued by the ski training exercises presented in the video. I immediately began designing to incorporate these SKI exercises into the T1-X model. It turned out to be not too difficult, and soon I started the first training sessions to test these exercises.

It also turned out that our machine has something that allows it to very accurately replicate professional ski training. At the same time, it operates almost silently during exercises, quite unlike even professional ski ergometers.

When I tested the SKI training on the T1-X model and realized how fantastic it is as a cardio workout, I immediately began working to introduce this type of training to the other machines. Today, all our models offer the possibility of ski training as a standard feature.

Usain Bolt - Strength and Conditioning Training

Once while browsing YouTube, I came across a video – Usain Bolt Strength & Conditioning Workout 2018 Athletes Training. The quality of this video is poor, but the intensity of the workout performed by Usain Bolt is incredible.

At that time, Usain Bolt was a star in track and field, so I was curious about his training regimen. I reviewed the exercises presented in the video and noticed that all of them could already be performed on the T1-X model.

Two of these exercises caught my attention particularly because I immediately saw that our machine could perform better versions of these exercises, which are extremely valuable in runner training.

Check out the exercises that inspired me from Usain Bolt.

I Keep Looking for Original and Unique Exercises

Swimming technique training is most often performed in pools or open water bodies. However, for many years, there have been dry swimming simulators on the market. This type of training is an excellent preparation for swimming in water, as well as great strength and cardio training.

When I saw how dry swimming training is done on various simulators, I immediately began working to incorporate such exercises into our machines. I knew that this type of training could be performed on the latest versions of our models with at least the same quality as professional swimming simulators, and also many other exercises highly valuable for swim training in various styles.

Check out these exercises if you want to train for swimming on dry land.

Exercises designed for specific sports

Our machines accommodate exercises for various sports, offering specialized training for sports like American Football, which demands speed, agility, and strength. We have developed exercises that improve these attributes, available for demonstration in the following video.

Specialized exercises for jumping sports like basketball or volleyball

These sports require specific training focused on jumping strength and agility. Recognizing the limited space and budget of smaller clubs, we designed exercises that achieve remarkable results, replicable on all our machines.

However, none of these exercises can replace the POWER RUNNER, which can be performed on the T1-X and T3-X models. Check out one version of the POWER RUNNER exercise.

Volleyball and basketball are sports where the muscles responsible for throwing and hitting the ball play a significant role. To train these muscles, I have introduced specialized exercises into our machines' offerings. This time, check out these exercises on the T1-X machine.

Safety and comfort during workouts

Ensuring the safety and comfort of users during exercise is paramount. We have innovated designs like rotating handles that reduce the risk of joint pain during exercises involving heavy loads.

How to avoid wrist, elbow, or shoulder pain when exercising

The rotating handles featured in our TB or JD-X options help prevent injuries by allowing natural joint movements during exercises, such as bench pressing or pull-ups. Here's how they enhance the comfort and safety of workouts:

This innovation showcases our commitment to improving user experience, illustrated by the video below demonstrating the improved comfort of various exercises thanks to these handles.
