Additional RM Cardio Options

Rowing is undoubtedly one of the best cardio exercises. Ergometers, professional solutions, occupy significant space and are expensive, which may deter potential buyers. Fortunately, our machines support cardio workouts, including the SKI workout. The RM and PRM options are also available for rowing enthusiasts, tested by Olympic rowers to ensure their suitability even for professionals. Watch them in action with the T1-X and RM option.

PRM: More Than Just Cardio

My experience designing RM was enhanced after completing approximately 300,000 reps. I consulted with Adam Korol, a four-time World and Olympic rowing champion, leading to the development of the specialized rowing machine, PRM. Here's how it was tested by Olympic rowers and World Championships competitors on the T1-X.

JA Option for TX Models

The JA option introduces 200 new exercises for the T1-X, T2-X, and T3-X models. It features two arms with extensive range of motion, merging the advantages of free weight and lever workouts, similar to using a Smith Machine.
