Coverage under TYTAX Warranty:
• Machine body – 5 years
• Other components – 2 years
Warranty Exclusions:
• Normal wear and tear of components, including paint finish and upholstery.
• Damage from improper use, impacts, mechanical damage to upholstery, or shoe wear.
To file a claim for non-conformity:
• Description of the discrepancy.
• Consumer's demand.
• Proof of purchase (not mandatory for claim acceptance).
Non-Conformity Criteria:
• Mismatch with description or sample.
• Unsuitability for specified purpose.
• Lack of expected characteristics.
• Failure to meet reasonable expectations.
Complaint Process:
Complaints must be filed within 14 days of discrepancy discovery. TYTAX will respond within 14 calendar days; delays validate the complaint. Repair or replacement discussions will follow.
Conditions for Warranty Extension:
• Warranty restarts on defect-free return or after significant repairs.
• Replaced parts receive a restarted warranty.
• Extension by the unusable duration due to defects.
Exercising warranty rights suspends non-conformity claims until the defect is resolved. These rights are independent and can be pursued concurrently if one is rejected.
TYTAX covers during warranty:
• Repair or replacement costs.
• Additional damages like transportation, insurance, contract fees, and storage.
Dispute Resolution:
TYTAX seeks amicable solutions and supports customers beyond the warranty for repairs or upgrades.
