The two independent training stations enable activation of all muscle groups across fitness, bodybuilding, or rehabilitation. Engage in a fun and intellectually challenging workout experience that keeps home gym routines far from monotonous. Discover all these features through videos covering assembly, workout sessions, and exercise guidelines.

Exploring all workouts on T1-X could take hours, so start with some basic exercises targeting chest, biceps, triceps, or back for men; and abs, glutes, or total body for women.

The Evolution of the T2-X

The fitness market is highly competitive, with new models needing to stand out. That's why in 2019, we introduced the T2-X to accommodate users with limited space, a model compact enough to fit alongside our larger machines. After meticulous design and extensive testing, the T2-X was launched in 2020. For more on our history, watch The story of our machines.

Resilience in Challenging Times

Since the inception of the TX series prototype in 1998, we have been continuously amazed at how essential these machines have become, especially during the 2020 pandemic lockdowns. T2-X owners were able to maintain their fitness routines uninterrupted, engaging in exercises for sports such as golf, tennis, and American football, in addition to cardio and stretching.

Is the TX series just large workout equipment? No, it’s much more. These machines have transformed lives and inspired a passion for exercise, enhancing health and wellbeing. Customers, including those in their sixties, continue to enjoy working out, motivating continuous improvements to the machines.

"A NASA engineer must have designed this. It’s like they borrowed a time machine to bring back a home gym from the year 3017."

Brand History

1989 - In the photo, Stanisław Szultka (CEO of Tytax) is testing exercises on the first prototype of a training machine for his home gym.

The beginnings of TYTAX date back to 1988, when the first strength training and fitness device was built in a home garage for personal use by Tytax CEO and his wife. Initially built for themselves, it quickly became apparent that others might also want to benefit from this invention. Read about the history of the TYTAX brand.

Delivery and Assembly

T1X Machine

For nearly 30 years, we have been delivering our machines to customers around the world. Most often, the purchased equipment must travel many thousands of kilometers or miles by sea and land transport. At the end of this journey, the machine will be unloaded from the truck and placed in front of your home or business. Then you will see a powerful, indestructible crate in which your machine is contained. However, you don't need to worry about not being able to assemble it yourself. When you unpack the crate and bring the components into the room where you will be exercising, you will need a maximum of 6 hours to assemble the purchased T2-X with the help of the video instructions.

You can see the process from ordering, through delivery and assembly of the machine in the video below:

Health and Equipment Warranty

We all grow and age, experiencing changes in physical activity and health. Our physical prime is between 20 and 35 years, after which activity often declines. This period is followed by later years when time and inclination for physical activities can increase again, though challenges grow with age.

Changes in Physical Condition Over Time

Retirement often leads to more free time and a potential uptick in physical activity. However, the ability to maintain intense workouts diminishes with age, and by 85, many are dependent on others for daily activities.

Is Aging an Obstacle to Fitness?

Those who maintain their strength and mobility at 65 can compete with sedentary individuals in their mid-20s. Inspiring older adults to exercise is challenging, particularly if they are satisfied with their current lifestyle.

Optimal Time to Begin Exercising

The best time to start exercising is now! Starting early, particularly with weight training, is beneficial for long-term health. It’s never too late or too early, and understanding the benefits of regular exercise can motivate even the elderly. Many recognize the importance, yet fail to act until facing significant health challenges like heart attacks or severe spine issues. This often leads to the realization that prevention is better than cure. Watch the video below for more insights.

Health or Diseases: The Case for Exercise

Physical activity is a wise investment in our future health, accessible at any stage of life and requiring minimal financial resources. The cost of a home gym is comparable to a lengthy vacation. This begs the question: why save for retirement without investing in our health to enjoy those later years? Choosing to purchase a home gym is a step towards maintaining lifelong health and fitness. Alongside thousands worldwide, our clients benefit from the durability of our home gyms, backed by a lifetime warranty on the machine’s body. With over 30 years of specialized manufacturing, we stand confidently behind our products.

Additionally, we offer support through the Support Group, helping clients who exercise with us worldwide.
