Begin the assembly once the crate is delivered by first opening it and moving all components into the intended assembly room. For the M1, M2, or MX models, one person can handle the unpacking and moving of components.
Two people are required for assembling T1-X, T2-X, T3-X, S6, S7, and H9 models. For the larger TX models, if the crate's structural frame, which doubles as the machine's main frame, can be brought into the assembly room intact, proceed as is. Otherwise, disassemble and reassemble it at the installation site as demonstrated in the video below.
Note: Unpack any additional machine options only after assembling the main unit to prevent confusion with machine parts.
We employ video instructions instead of paper manuals for assembling Tytax machines, enabling customers to assemble the units themselves. Models M1, M2, MX, and H9 can be assembled alone within 4 hours, though assistance shortens the process to 3 hours. TX models, despite their size, can also be managed solo, ideally within 6 hours with two people. Video instructions are accessible online with an Internet connection.
Our assembly guidance system uses numbers and arrows to mark connection points. If unsure during assembly, consult us by sending a video or photos of your progress.
If self-assembly is not an option, our service can install your machine. Installation fees vary by location, ranging from $1,000 to $2,500 in the US and Canada, and from €1,000 to €2,000 in the EU. Installation assistance from the buyer may be necessary for certain models.
After self-assembly, send us images or a video for confirmation. Note that unpacking and assembly costs are not included in the machine price. Congratulations on your journey from purchase to first workout on your Tytax machine.
