Our machines are unique workout devices on a global scale. Even in the standard version of each machine, you can perform at least 350 different exercises. However, anyone seeing one of our machines for the first time may wonder whether preparing the machine for the next exercise is difficult and time-consuming.
The answer is simple: anyone who has previously used exercise machines, even without reading the manual, will intuitively begin training on one of our devices. They will instinctively perform exercises on the lower and upper cable pulleys and will have no trouble setting up the machine for barbell exercises or using the Smith machine. A person with basic exercise knowledge will easily configure the machine for a dozen or even several dozen exercises.
However, our machines are literally factories of bodybuilding, fitness, stretching, and even rehabilitation exercises. To fully utilize their capabilities, intuitive knowledge of strength training alone is not enough. You must explore the information available on our website in three places.
The first place is the general information provided for each machine model:

The second place where you can find information about performing a specific exercise is the videos featuring recorded workouts on a selected machine model. These videos, recorded from several camera angles, clearly show how to set up the machine and how to perform each exercise correctly.
You can find these videos in our application. The training app contains all exercises that can be performed on each machine model, as well as with additional equipment options.
The third place where you can find information about performing a specific exercise is the instructional videos that show how to prepare the machine for the chosen exercise. These videos are available for exercises that require slightly more complex machine setup.

Once you know how to prepare the machine for a given exercise, setting the device — even for more advanced movements — will not take you more than two minutes.
Once you familiarize yourself with the exercises available on your chosen model and learn how to properly prepare the machine, you will quickly discover that training on our devices is simple and intuitive. This naturally encourages you to explore the wide range of possibilities your machine offers.
You will greatly enjoy discovering additional exercises waiting to be tried. You could confidently say that our machines are like a large box of building blocks — you spread them out and build anything your imagination allows. The same is true for our machines: if you have proper training knowledge and a bit of creativity, your adventure with discovering new exercises will never end.
