Why is it worth having a Home Gym? Why do you treat your body like you could replace it?

Imagine that your body is a perfect machine - a super sports car. When you take care of it and use only the best gasoline and oil, it will work flawlessly for years. Even if you know everything there is to know about your car, it will need to be serviced on occasion to be diagnosed and repaired. All of this is necessary to ensure that your super sports car never fails you.

I'd like to ask you a question: how do you treat your body? Do you look after it and test it on a regular basis to determine your medical status? You don't have to respond; I believe the answer is no. The unfortunate reality is that modern people nowadays treat themselves worse than their cars. You do not need to perform specialized tests because there is one that can be completed in one minute. Divide your height by two and see if the result is greater or less than your waist circumference. If the number is higher, that is good; if it is lower, you most likely have abdominal obesity, which is dangerous to your health. If that were the case with your car, you would most likely have it fixed right away. But would you do the same with your health if you were aware of a problem? Can you expect your body to perform like a sports car if it is not treated as the most valuable asset in your life? You cannot purchase a new one. Bad eating habits, insufficient sleep, constant stress, and a lack of physical activity - a perfect recipe for a heart attack, stroke, or chronic disease. Do not be someone who attracts a lot of attention with a sports car until you have problems getting in or out, as the attention may turn to pity. Do you think you deserve it? I believe you are deserving of much better! You will not get something from nothing. To begin, recognize that the most valuable thing in your life is not your car, your home, or the hobby you commit so much time to. It is your body and your health that is at stake!

Take good care of yourself!

It causes constant fatigue, which leads to decreased motivation, decreased efficiency, and professional burnout. It can have an impact on your relationships, increase your susceptibility to stress and anxiety, and even cause a sleep disorder.

Currently, almost everyone is affected, particularly in highly developed countries. We work hard, read e-mails, rush from meeting to meeting, and cancel our personal plans in the meantime. We don't have time to think about vacations, and each day we become more stressed and unhappy. My recommendation is that you work out several times per week. Isn't it simple to say? Anyone who works 10 hours a day and spends time commuting will be unmotivated to go to the gym in the evening. Even worse if you also have to commute to the gym. A professional gym or fitness studio may perfectly suit your needs and offer additional features such as a spa and wellness center or personal trainer, but it all comes down to the costs of membership, commuting, and, most importantly, the time you don't have. You can't buy time, but you can organize it better by creating your own HOME GYM.
