Creating your own space with a home gym, whether it’s on a submarine, an oil rig, or anywhere with limited space, is made easier with multifunctional equipment. Ideally, this equipment should enable both strength training and cardio, offering a wide range of exercises, safety, and high quality. When purchasing, it’s essential to know how to use it, best demonstrated with video instructions. Is there a machine that meets all these criteria? Our equipment checks all these boxes. Regardless of the model you select, it will be a reliable device for bodybuilding, fitness, and cardio. This confidence stems from years of designing and testing each model and exercise since 1989. My passion for health and innovation is continually deepened by the internet, enhancing my exercise routines, which I enjoy five times a week at home with my wife.
Each model includes hundreds of professional-quality exercises typically found in commercial gyms. Since 1998, we have exclusively manufactured our machines, continually refining each exercise to achieve perfection, like the Smith Machine Chest Press, available in traditional or modified forms for enhanced comfort and safety.
Our equipment supports a vast array of exercises, eliminating the need for additional equipment. The exercise database offers a plethora of options ensuring you'll never lack variety in your workouts.
Continuously varying your exercises rather than just the weights leads to more effective workouts. With our equipment, you can effortlessly switch up your routines, keeping your workouts dynamic and engaging.
Despite the diversity of exercises available, operation remains straightforward and intuitive, with many exercises accompanied by video instructions.
When the first TYTAX machine was created in 1998, the standard model could perform 24 exercises. It took several years to surpass 100 exercises, then 200, and 300. The development of the exercise catalog, as exemplified by the T1-X model, can still be seen today, as new exercises are marked with increasingly higher numbers—the higher the number, the later the exercise was added.
We are often asked, why so many exercises on one machine? My answer, as the creator of these devices, is always the same: if I had stopped searching for new exercises, we would have never developed exercises like: T1-X-60, T1-X-103, T1-X-118, T1-X-160, T1-X-167, T1-X-191, T1-X-427, T1-X-698, T1-X-995, or T1-X-1015.
These 10 exercises represent just 1% of the exercises you can perform on the standard T1-X model. In total, we demonstrate the possibility of performing over 1000 exercises on this machine. Without ongoing innovation, there would also be no additional equipment options for the T1-X, which bring hundreds of new exercises and several new machine models.
Even now, when it seems there is no exercise that cannot be performed on our devices, new and innovative exercises continue to be developed. An example is the Power Runner exercise, which can be performed with the PR option.
Our clients often contribute new ideas, and if you discover something innovative while exercising with us, we are eager to include it in our catalog.
Both men and women will find our machines beneficial, each finding a wide range of suitable exercises. See examples for both demographics.
