Important Delivery Information for Customers
a) You will be notified about the shipment date from our warehouse.
b) The shipping company will coordinate the delivery date with you. Please note, adherence to a preferred delivery date is not guaranteed and may incur additional costs.
c) If your delivery includes machines, the carrier's vehicle will have a lift for unloading.
d) An adult must be present to receive the products.
e) Delivery does not include moving items indoors.
f) Please ensure clear access for unloading.
The machines are made of steel, with the lightest model weighing 380 kg (840 lbs). A packed T3-X machine may exceed 900 kg (1980 lbs). We crafted the shipping crates from robust construction elements, making them nearly indestructible. While each machine's delivery is insured against in-transit damage, it is crucial to inspect your delivery upon arrival. Immediate reporting of any visible damage is necessary to claim compensation.
