Stretching Exercises on TYTAX Machines

Anyone serious about training should also perform stretching exercises. Stretching exercises are one of the four types of exercises, alongside strength, balance, and endurance. Ideally, all four types of exercises should be included in a healthy training routine.

With one of our machines, you can perform each of these four fundamental types of training – including stretching exercises. However, not in the traditional way, because as the creator of TYTAX machines, I have always been fascinated by stretching exercises and sought ways to perform them as effectively and safely as possible.

For me, a man over 60 years old, testing stretching exercises was quite a challenge. I would likely have had little chance of achieving spectacular results without the ability to test and regularly perform these exercises on our machines. It turned out that our machines can be used not only for strength, balance, and endurance exercises. I also found a way to perform stretching exercises extremely safely and effectively on all models.
